Surfing - Demo 3h, first hour of theory for free - practical classes

Surfing Demo 3h is a group training session with an instructor that combines theory and practice in an intensive surfing learning program.

The first hour consists of an introduction to surfing and a theoretical lesson on land, provided free of charge. During this session, participants learn the fundamentals of surfing safety, become familiar with the equipment, and gain an understanding of the key techniques needed to start their surfing journey.

The second hour takes place in the water in a sheltered bay, where participants practice basic paddling techniques and learn how to maintain balance on the board. The third hour continues with training both on the beach and in the water, allowing participants to catch their first waves and further develop their fundamental surfing skills.

Classes are held every Saturday at 11:00 AM during the summer season, starting from Saturday, July 4th, in Chałupy at Fly Wing School. Places are limited, and this special offer is available only with advance registration.

The program includes a surfing theory session and introduction to the sport, equipment presentation, paddling instruction, balance training, and first wave-riding attempts. The course is led by a qualified instructor with many years of experience.
